This Content Policy explains what may be indexed, what is prohibited, how users can report issues, and how GetAV may respond to violations. It works together with our Terms, Privacy, DMCA, 2257, and Zero Tolerance pages.
Adult-Only Access
GetAV is for adults only. Any adult content indexed, referenced, or displayed through GetAV must involve adults who were at least 18 years old at the time of production. Users are responsible for confirming that accessing adult material is lawful where they live.
Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, or any content suggesting that a participant is underage.
- Non-consensual sexual content, including hidden camera material, revenge porn, coercion, trafficking, or unauthorized deepfakes.
- Content that exposes private personal information, violates privacy rights, impersonates another person, or exploits another person's identity.
- Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other third-party rights violations.
- Bestiality, necrophilia, extreme violence, torture, credible threats, or instructions for illegal activity.
- Spam, scams, malware, phishing, misleading redirects, or abuse of site systems.
- Attempts to evade review, mislead users, hide destination links, or compromise site security.
Copyright And Rights Holder Requests
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe a page infringes your rights, use the DMCA process. DMCA requests must include enough information for us to locate, review, and process the allegedly infringing material. General abuse reports are not the right channel for formal copyright notices.
Illegal Or High-Risk Reports
If you find suspected CSAM, underage material, non-consensual content, privacy violations, violent threats, or other high-risk content, use Report Abuse or email abuse [at] getav.net. Include URLs, movie codes, content IDs, violation type, timestamps, and context when possible.
Review Priority
We prioritize reports based on risk:
- CSAM, underage-related material, and severe unlawful content receive the highest priority.
- Non-consensual content, privacy violations, threats, and security risks are reviewed urgently.
- Copyright, metadata errors, spam, and other policy issues are reviewed based on completeness and verifiability.
Possible Enforcement Actions
After receiving a credible report, GetAV may:
- Remove a page, hide content, or disable access.
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts.
- Block repeat violators from using relevant features.
- Preserve evidence needed for safety, compliance, or legal workflows.
- Report illegal material to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
Metadata Accuracy And Corrections
GetAV continuously organizes metadata, but title translations, star information, studios, series, subtitles, quality labels, and cover data may contain errors. If you notice a clear mistake, use Feedback and include the page URL plus the correct information.
Appeals And Mistakes
If you believe content was removed or restricted by mistake, contact us with the page URL, content ID, explanation, and supporting information. We review correction requests based on verifiable details.
User Responsibility
Users must follow local laws and GetAV policies. Do not upload, submit, distribute, or direct others to prohibited content. Malicious reports, repeated abuse of features, or knowingly false submissions may also lead to account restrictions.
